Carbon neutral theme parks

PortAventura is the world’s first carbon neutral theme park. Choni will take attendees through an overview of the process from identifying UN sustainability goals to measurement to implementation.

The London Resort is one of the most ambitious projects in Europe. Set to open in 2024 the plan is to be an operationally carbon neutral theme park. PY will share how this will be achieved.

The Eden Project has been hugely influential in the creation of green attractions since it’s opening in a disused Cornish clay pit in 2001. The iconic biomes have led the way for eco-attractions. Eden Project International was launched in 2014 to deliver social and ecological benefits to new locations around the world.
